Founding Story
Alireza Alvandi, founder of Seven Appraisal Inc., brings nearly 20 years of experience in real estate investment and management. With a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering and a proven track record of delivering major engineering projects across Canada, Alireza merges deep technical expertise with extensive hands-on experience in real estate transactions—positioning him as a recognized authority in both the real estate and construction sectors.
Since 2017, he has devoted himself fully to the field of real estate appraisal, driven by a passion for delivering precise, reliable valuations. Alireza began his appraisal career through collaborations with three well-established firms, each with more than 30 years of industry experience. His early work included assessment tax appeals for a multinational corporation and contributions to complex appraisal assignments. These formative experiences shaped the professional values and commitment to quality that now define Seven Appraisal.
